Aldrans The picturesque village of Aldrans is located only a five minute drive or thirty minute walk from Innsbruck; the capital of the Tyrol and it's many big shops and attractions. Aldrans is linked to the nearby Ski resorts of Innsbruck's Olympic Ski World by a free skier's shuttle service. Winter activities include tobogganing, ice skating, horse-drawn sleigh rides or rushing down the Olympic bobsled! During the summer visitors can explore the trails, hikes and climbs or for the less adventurous, soak in the history and culture of Innsbruck.

Ampass The popular resort of Ampass enjoys many winter activities such as Alpine skiing, tobogganing, hiking, cycling and Nordic skiing. Situated close to Innsbruck, Ampass also offers the opportunity for many cultural highlights and shopping trips to the capital.

AustriaBirgitz Birgitz is linked by a free shuttle bus service to the various nearby ski resorts. The village also enjoys a ski school, with activities such as escorted ski mountaineering and moonlight tours. Guests can also enjoy the longest natural toboggan track in Austria, a natural ice skating rink or horse-drawn sleigh rides.


Grinzens
The village resort of Grinzens is located high above the Sellrain Valley, at an altitude of 930m, and is only a short 15 minute drive from Innsbruck. The popular Sendersbuhne Stage entertains theatre goers in the evening throughout the winter. The free ski shuttle operates in Grinzens, taking skiers to the five nearby ski areas. Activities include ice skating, ice curling, trails, alpine skiing, mountain biking, tobogganing, swimming, hiking, snowboarding and Nordic skiing.

Gries im Sellrain Located 25km west of Innsbruck at an altitude of 1238m, the small resort of Gries im Sellrain is situated in the Sellraintal valley only a 20 minute drive from the Kuhtai ski area. The resort enjoys a beautiful ski mountaineering area, the Praxmar- Lusens crosscountry skiing track, a floodlit toboggan run and stunning snow shoeing tracks. The Sonnenberg lifts in the resort and the crosscountry tracks are both lit in the evening. A ski bus operates a free service to the Kuhtai ski area and every Wednesday offers a ski bus for night skiing. Activities include alpine skiing, ice skating, mountain biking, hiking, tennis, nordic skiing, tobogganing and fishing.

Igls The resort of Igls features a wide range of winter activities whatever your ability. Follow in the footsteps of Olympians as you take on the renowned downhill runs of Patscherkofel, the Olympic mountain or fly down the Olympic bobsled run. The immaculate trails and tracks are kept in top condition by extensive snowmaking techniques at all times. Activities include alpine skiing, curling, cycling, paragliding, golf, mountain biking, horseback riding, tobogganning, snowshoeing, swimming, Nordic skiing, summer tobogganing, hiking, snowboarding, beach volleyball, ice skating and tennis.

Kematen Located 10km west of Innsbruck at the entrance to the Sellrain Valley, the resort of Kematen offers excellent skiing in the nearby Rangger Kopel and Kuatai areas. The free ski bus operates in the area allowing vistors to make the most of the high quality slopes. Activities include fishing, cycling, inline skating, bowling, climbing, miniature golf, mountain biking, horseback riding, swimming, tennis and hiking.


Lans Famous for it's traditional cusine and beautiful old farmhouses, the natural and peaceful Tirolean town of Lans has become a popular tourist destination. During the winter the ski shuttle offers a free service to the surrounding ski areas and Stubai glacier. For those looking for a more relaxing visit, the award winning Lanserhof health centre offers peace and relaxation. Activities include Alpine skiing, ice skating, lake Lansersee, a 9-hole golf course, mini golf, a shooting range, indoor swimming pool, sauna baths, tanning beds, Austriafitness studio, natural ice rink on lake Lansersee, crosscountry skiing tracks, free guided walk, curling, Mountain biking, Nordic skiing, summer tobogganing, hiking, and tennis.

Ellbogen The picturesque resort of Ellbogen offers activities for the whole family. Whether you prefer relaxing ski mountaineering tours and snow shoe hikes or the more extreme tandem flight or a bob ride in the Igls ice channel, there is an activity for everyone!
