This chalet is on a very sunny hillside just a few minutes from the village of Eben im Pongau.

Eben is part of the Sport Welt Amade, the largest ski region in Austria, with over 860km piste. Eben village itself has slopes that were revamped for the 08/09 ski season.

The chalet was built about 400 years ago and in the last few years has undergone renovations including a new roof, new doors, windows, floors, bathrooms and a traditional 'Kachelofen' (Wood burning stove).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
cellar: storage, living room with exit to garden.
ground floor: hallway, WC, utility room, kitchen/living room
first floor: hallway, exit to balcony, two bedrooms, bathroom, WC, living room
attic: hallway, bathroom, WC, two bedrooms, gallery room.

There is a stable next to the property that could be used to house animals, as storage or possibly extra accommodation.

There is a plot of about 17 hectares and spring water for the chalet.
