The official building permit is given directly under the buyers name therefore there is no extra VAT cost added to the prices listed. The only extras are connection fees to the electricity grid and the local water supply, approx 1,500 Euro.
Our developer is in the enviable position of being able to offer our clients the Tax necessary to complete, which is about 10% of the land value. This offer is for sales completed by the end of 2006.
