This pension is in a village called Heutal, near Unken. It is approximately 40 minutes from Salzburg, and 30 minutes from the Kitzbuhel ski region.

The property is in a good location, providing winter and summer activities as there is a ski area called Unken-Heutal about 3km from the pension, and nearby Lofer is very well known for rafting and kayaking. There are also many mountain bike routes and hiking routes near the pension.

The pension has accommodation set over three floors, along with a basement that has all connections for a sauna, shower and WC.

The ground floor comprises a two bedroom owners apartment, a breakfast room, kitchen and office.
The first floor comprises six guestrooms, four with en suites, one with a wash basin annd one that uses the communal facilities.
The attic is split into three guestrooms, one with WC, a separate bathroom and a storeroom.

The pension was built in 1982 and is in excellent condition and ready for immediate business. It is being sold furnished.

There is a carport with space for 3 cars and parking spaces in front of the pension.
