Aquavista has a new partner in stunning resort of Cesme

Aquavista are delighted to announce that we have established a new partnership in the charming and beautiful resort of Cesme. Cesme lies 70 kms west of Izmir where flights from the UK come in 12 months of the year.

It has always been an extremely popular holiday destination with the Turkish people but as yet remains little known to the British market.

It has an abundance of stunning white sandy beaches (many with Blue Flag Awards), fantastic facilities, sophisticated restaurants and bars, picturesque marinas, night clubs, concerts and ancient ruins. The town itself is extremely pretty, dominated by a large 15th Century castle overlooking the marina. Charming old Turkish and Greek buildings stand amongst the latest boutiques and bars.

Cesme has its own small white sand beach with a Beach Club and its neighbouring towns of Alacati and Ilica boast some of the finest beaches on the Turkish Aegean cost. Alacati beach is favourite haunt of windsurfers and hold many competitions. The town is very chic with cobbled streets, boutique hotels and luxurious restaurants.

Ilica is the town with large Hotels like the Sheraton with many large detached villas and holiday developments with pools.

Cesme also has a cultural side with many events taking place in the town centre such as art exhibitions, photo galleries, live music, traditional dancing and concerts in the town’s amphitheatre.

Property in the area is of an excellent standard, well located and reasonably priced but also to be found are some lovely old buildings for renovation projects.
